PVC plastic sheet calendering extrusion description
1. Thespecially designed screws ensure high plastiication rate.
2. Special T-type die ensure the precise control of thickness of
the plastic sheet/board.
3. Precise temperature control(±1°c) can pecisely control the
plastiication process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of
the products.
4. The thickness of the sheet is precisely adjusted by adjusting
the screws and oil pessure wheels.
5. The calender can freely rise and fall.
6. Unattached rooll temperature control system can precisely cotrol
the temperature of the roll.
7. The cutting machine can precisely control the cutting length.
8. The winder can automatically adjust the speed and tension and
set the width of needed products freely.
9. The machine equipped with meter counter can set tne length of
the products.
