1 . It is applicable in producing various kinds of plastic sheets
of PP,PE and PS which are used for making drinking cups , icecream
cups,jelly cups and other packaging vessel as well .
2 . This machine is charaterized by following features: This
machine set is the combination of such main parts as extruder
,calender ,winder ,and electric control console.
3 . The screw and the cylinder are made of high quality alloy steel
(38CrMoAlA)with optimum hardness,strong corrosion resistance and
long service lifetime after nitrogen treatment.
4 . The flow channel in die head is of coat-hanger design and it
ensures the even thickness and the smooth surface of the sheets.
5 . The circular wate inside the calender brings perfect cooling
Effect, mesh changer and the cylinder are separately controlled.
