Description
Caterpillar type shaped plastic material drawer adopts double
caterpillar drawing method, thyristor stepless governor. It is
mainly uesd with a plastic extruder for plastic pipe material, soft
pipe and other plastic shaped materials. Its applicability is wide
and its usage is convenient.

1. Drawing speed: 0-5m/min,Adopting frequency conversion speed
regulation, can adjusting according to your requirement.
2. The top and bottom chains are controlled by electric motor and
gear box to ensure smooth movement.
3. It’s synchronizing step speed for drawingric motor and gear box
to ensure smooth movement.

1. PVC pipe production line mainly used in producing various
diameters and wall-thickness of PVC/UPVC/CPVC pipes for
agricultural and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
2. The whole PVC pipe production line include: Material charger,
SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder, pipe mould, vacuum
calibration tank, haul-off machine, cutter and stacker; pipe
printer and PVC Pipe Belling machine for customers optional choice.
3. Clients also can choose double PVC pipe production line to make
