PC PMMA Extruder Product Description
1. The plastic profile making machine host is single screw
extruder, suitable for producing PE PP PVC ABS profiles.
2. The profile production line includes SJ45 single screw extruder,
muold, vacuum forming table, haul-off machine, cutting machine and
stacker.
3. The extruder uses ABB inverter, Siemens motor, Siemens
contactor, Schneider circuit breaker, Omron temperature controller,
ensure the long-term operation of the equipment is more stable.
4. The vacuum setting tank and spray cooling tank are made of
stainless steel with filters and silencers.
Features and advantages
1. Newly developed online precise cutting technology, one-time
cutting online, no need the second time cutting,
cutting precision within 0.5mm, cut end neat, chip-less, higher
efficiency;
2. Special screw for PC material, perfect plasticizing, to ensure
the finished products without crystallized dot,
without pulling mark, without vibration mark, with high light
transmittance, and high transparency.
3. Screw made of imported special alloy steel, material never
attach on the screw, no black dot during production and no need to
clean screw.
